Truth and Reconciliation Reflection Ceremony
On September 30th, the day for Truth and Reconciliation, this ceremony will offer a safe place to reflect on the transgenerational impacts of the Indian residential school system, honouring those Indigenous children that died, the survivors, and their families.
We will be joined by two Indigenous student speakers, Connor Gianetto-Hill (MCB) and Bianca Garlisi (Biomed). A land acknowledgement will be done by Dr. Maz Fallah, Dean of CBS. This event is open to anyone; all are welcome.
