CBS Undergraduate Student Poster Day!

The 2017 CBS undergraduate summer student poster symposium will be held on Wednesday, August 9th in the Science Complex Atrium.  As in previous years, this is open to all summer students (USRA, URA, coop, etc). There will be two poster sessions followed by a prize draw and pizza lunch for participants.  Interested students are encouraged to register for this event by contacting ugposterday@gmail.com with their name and advisor by Friday, August 4th.  

Final Oral Examination - Master of Science - Ziad Marroushi

SummerFest on the Green

As part of our Canada 150 celebrations, we’re inviting the entire Guelph community to join us for a party on Johnston Green on Sunday, June 25. Installation of Martha Billes as Chancellor

The University of Guelph will install Martha Billes as its next chancellor June 8 during a ceremony in War Memorial Hall. The event will be held at 4:30 p.m.; doors open at 4 p.m. The ceremony is free and open to the U of G community and general public.

CBS Graduate Student Symposium 2017

The CBS Graduate Student Symposium is a full day event that includes a plenary session, student-based talks, and poster presentations to showcase graduate student research taking place across the college. The sessions will provide the opportunity for students to present their research to a diverse audience of fellow CBS members from the departments of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences, Molecular and Cellular Biology, and Integrative Biology. Lunch will be provided in the atrium for all registrants.
