University of Guelph researchers receive more than $20 million in federal funding

University of Guelph researchers will receive more than $20.4 million in federal support for studies encompassing a wide variety of topics, ranging from wildfires and quarks to Indigenous self-determination and AI.  

As part of a broader funding initiative that totals $960 million, Randy Boissonnault, the Minister of Employment, Workforce Development, and Official Languages, made the announcement today on behalf of François-Philippe Champagne, the Minister of Innovation, Science, and Industry, and Mark Holland, the Minister of Health.
