Real Estate Development W11 (MCS*3820)
This course introduces the students to the reals estate development process, providing an overview of develpment from the progectas an idea to the property management stage. The course roughly follows the stages in the development process. Topics include site selection, design, market analysis, financial feasibility, construction, project management, and marketing phases. Students will be evaluating varied sites for their housing and other real estate potential and doing so from economic, social, political and environmental perspectives.
