WebAdvisor/Colleague Planned Outage

WebAdvisor will be unavailable from 6 p.m. on Friday, June 8 to 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 12 due to scheduled maintenance. This outage affects all students (diploma, undergraduate and graduate), staff and faculty on all campuses (Guelph, Guelph-Humber and Ridgetown).

During this time, all WebAdvisor services will be unavailable, including course selection and access to class schedules, grades, unofficial transcripts, convocation information and University student financial accounts.

Staff and faculty, please note that the entire Colleague system will be unavailable.

Should you require access to your WebAdvisor/Colleague account, please plan around this maintenance window.

Students on the Guelph campus, please note: Enrolment Services and Student Financial Services will be operating at a reduced level on Monday, June 11 and will be unable to process certain requests. However, the office will respond to general inquiries by phone, email and in person at our office, and students will still be able to submit forms and pick up ID cards, letters and transcripts.

Students on the Guelph-Humber campus, please note: The University of Guelph-Humber will remain open but individuals should expect reduced services during this timeframe. Also, please note that no Financial Services or Academic Advising appointments will be available on Monday, June 11. However, the office will respond to general inquiries by phone and email, and students will still be able to submit forms and pick up ID cards, letters and transcripts.
