Incentive Draws

Get Your Pledge Cards In Early so you can be included in our incentive draws!

There will be five weekly Incentive Draws during the 2018 University of Guelph United Way Campaign.  Each incentive draw will be held on a Friday, starting September 28 and ending October 26.  The sooner that faculty and staff submit their pledge forms, the more opportunities they have for their name to be drawn to win an incentive prize.

Pledge forms submitted in time for the first draw will also be included in each of the following weekly draws, including the Grand Prize Draw.  Pledge cards need to be submitted each Wednesday by 9am to be eligible.

Pledge Card Collection Locations: Treasury Operations on 4th floor UC or with Wendy McGrattan in Animal Biosciences, Room 144.

There will be a Grand Prize Draw held on Monday, December 3, 2018 at the university’s campaign Closing Lunch.  All submissions from throughout the campaign are eligible for this draw, which will feature at least three Grand Prizes!

IMPORTANT: In order for a submitted pledge form to be eligible for the draw, the small slip at the bottom of the pledge form MUST be completed with name, department name and phone number. Please do not detach the slip.

All pledge information is held in strict confidentiality – only a small select group of United Way staff will open and see the submitted pledge forms and donation information. Only these United Way staff will detach the completed slip and submit it for all the draws.

Incentive Prize Collection Location:  All prizes (or certificates for prizes) will be delivered to Sherry Kinsella (MacKinnon Extension Room 0005 - Dean's Office, College of Arts) for winners to pick up. Pickups will start on Monday the week after each draw.
