About RBC Future Launch
Future Launch is RBC’s 10-year, $500 million commitment to helping Canadian youth prepare for the jobs of tomorrow. RBC’s Humans Wanted report identified a quiet crisis — of recent graduates who are overqualified for the jobs they’re in, unemployed youth who weren’t trained for the jobs that are out there, and young Canadians everywhere who feel they aren’t ready for the future of work. RBC Future Launch is dedicated to ensuring youth across Canada have access to resources and tools that will help them navigate through this difficult time and support their future professional goals.
