Are you entering your final year of studies and considering obtaining your CPA designation? The RBC Pre-Approved CPA Training Program is entering its 14th year of recruiting high performing individuals like you. You will begin in this role in September 2022 and become part of an elite group of CPA Associates at RBC!

If you are interested in learning more information, please join RBC for a virtual webinar where they go over program details, followed by a panel and open Q&A. In addition, you will meet the entire CPA recruitment and program management team.

Through this 30 month rotational program, you will gain invaluable work experience as you are placed in teams of highly dedicated individuals across different areas of the organization. RBC will work with your line managers to ensure that you receive the competencies needed to meet CPA Ontario’s practical experience requirements and you will also get the benefit of our strong in-house and external Common Final Examination (CFE) training programs. You will be mentored and guided by successful CPA, CAs with years of audit and business experience and also be supported by senior executives at RBC.
