Here is a unique opportunity to understand how self-awareness supports career pursuits.  Learn the skills of wayfinding, strengths spotting, and how to communicate what you have to offer and help you overcome challenges. Increase your sense of community through the practice of storytelling and reciprocity during this interactive and insightful workshop.

Presenter: Lauren Malach, Executive Career Coach, Lauren Malach Coaching 
Lauren Malach is on a mission to help people put their talents to work. As a coach, she is grounded in the following beliefs: 

  • Every person has talents and skills to contribute to the challenges of the day,  
  • Finding meaning and engagement in work leads to greater life satisfaction, and 
  • Career navigation doesn't have to be mystifying and frustrating. 

A former executive recruiter and four-time career re-inventor, Lauren founded of The Career Wayfinding Method, a career mapping program for people at pivotal moments. She is a Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation, a Certified Designing Your Life Coach and a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner.
