Celebrate Black History Month with IGM Financial

IGM Financial Inc. is one of Canada's leading diversified wealth and asset management companies with approximately $271 billion in total assets under managements. The company provides a broad range of financial planning and investment management services to help more than two million Canadians meet their financial goals. Its activities are carried out principally through IG Wealth Management, Mackenzie Investments and Investment Planning Counsel.

February is Black History Month, a time to celebrate the many achievements and contributions of Black Canadians who have done so much to make Canada the culturally diverse and prosperous nation it is today. We are excited to be hosting our second annual campus networking event to celebrate Black History Month on February 16, 2022 from 1:002:30pm ET (12:001:30pm CT).

The session will feature a virtual discussion between our IG Wealth Management President and CEO Damon Murchison and Mackenzie Investments SVP Co-Head Retail Distribution, Gary Chateram.

There will be an opportunity to virtually network with some members of IGM’s Black Advisory Council, made up of employees across IG Wealth Management, Mackenzie Investments and Investment Planning Counsel. This group has come together to help shape the goals of IGM, including becoming a more diverse, equitable and inclusive organization.
