Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Presents: Mental Health Matters in the Workplace

Work is often cited as a significant source of stress by Canadians. There is a lot that employers can do to support employees' mental health and reduce burnout in the workplace. The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Durham's Recovery College Wellness Centre will review strategies and identify tools and resources to support workplace mental wellness.
