Without downplaying realities of workplace systemic and structural inequities (racism, inequities, microaggressions, microinvalidations), we must discuss ways to empower BIPOC folks to navigate and thrive in professional settings. Join career coach Catherine Chang for a conversation on navigating the workplace from a strengths-based perspective that focuses on:

  • wellbeing and fostering a strong sense of self
  • prioritizing values and identifying "wants' vs 'shoulds'
  • emotional regulation
  • strategies for handling racism and microaggressions
  • building relationships across differences
