The Financial Advice Campus Development Program is a 7-9 month long rotational program where associates will be provided the opportunity to gain experience in various roles via rotations in Community Banking Centres within Personal and Business Banking, determined based on business needs. After the rotations, associates will be supported in their accreditation journey towards their MFDA and receive additional education in CIBC's systems and lending processes.
