Scotiabank is currently recruiting for UNLOCK YOUR FUTURE, a 6-month mentorship program designed for female-identifying first and second-year students who have an interest in technology. The development program will run from January 2024 to June 2024. Throughout the program, participants will be assigned a mentor, get access to targeted workshops to help prepare candidates, and have the opportunity to participate in candid discussions about what it means to be a woman working in technology.
