Come join the Business Career Development Centre online, as we welcome Lang alum, Paulina Lucchese for an hour-long Q & A session.

As Sr Manager of Policy System Solutions at Co-operators, Paulina is accountable for the ‘north star’ strategy of an operations team that delivers an end-to-end policy document experiences to clients. 
Prior to Operations, Paulina spent over a decade in several strategic Marketing leadership roles at Co-operators where Paulina stood up a full-serve Social Media discipline, advanced digital marketing capabilities, led the enablement of texting as a technology, and built new Client Experience tools and practices. With an unsatiable curiosity and growth mindset, Paulina is a transformational leader, intentionally acting as a connector and change agent to drive collaboration across her networks and enable business transformation.
Paulina believes careers are not linear and leaning into change can illuminate fresh opportunities. A proud UofG alumni with a
Bachelor of Commerce degree in 
Marketing Management, Paulina, her husband and their chocolate lab reside in Elora. Paulina strives for balance and spends countless hours in nature with a love for distance running.
