We are bringing courageous conversations and inclusion-minded sessions to students to engage directly with RSM professionals and recruiters, while exploring our employee network groups. Each one of us draws from a host of experiences and identities that shape our unique perspectives while helping us relate and build community with others. RSM members will discuss the diverse and intersecting communities that make up RSM and how they work together to build common ground.

The Business Career Development Centre (BCDC) offers tailored career support to business students at the University of Guelph.
