The Restaurant Brands International Leadership Development Program (LDP) is one of the most important ways of growing the future leaders of our global business – for both the Tim Hortons® and BURGER KING® brands. We are currently seeking to select the first participants for our Tim Hortons LDP in Canada - the next generation of transformational leaders who are eager to own high-level responsibilities from day one.

Join us and you’ll be given the chance to prove yourself on real-world challenges from the very start.  The learning curves are steep and the early exposure to leadership responsibility is unlike anything you’ll get elsewhere.

It all begins with an orientation at the Tim Hortons headquarters in Oakville, ON where you will gain exposure to our business, our strategy and our culture. A period of in-restaurant training will provide you with an in-depth, hands-on experience in our business operations.

Next you’ll spend about three months rotating through departments in the Tim Hortons corporate office. During this time, you’ll receive classroom training, mentoring, and feedback from colleagues – including members of the Tim Hortons senior leadership team.

You’ll then be placed in a role in with immediate opportunities to make a substantive impact on the business. And we view this as only the beginning of your career with us.  A flexible career path based on your performance is the norm, not the exception.
