The William and Lynne Gray Foundation and L.H. Gray & Son have donated $3.5 million to the University of Guelph to advance innovation and sustainability in Canada’s poultry and egg industry. The gift will fund an endowed chair in the Department of Animal Biosciences at the Ontario Agricultural College, supporting research that strengthens global competitiveness through sustainable, profitable production technologies and practices in the poultry and egg sector.
