Join Athletics for a Pilates Reformer Class for United Way! The Pilates Reformer is a system of springs and pulleys that creates resistance. Users can perform a wide range of exercises by using their body weight and the springs for resistance through different types of motion and in all positions (supine, prone, side lying, seated and standing). Come and try a class for a special low price with all proceeds going to the United Way. Athletics offers classes each semester and you can find more information here: https://fitandrec.gryphons.ca/.

With the Thanksgiving Season quickly approaching, Hospitality Services is thrilled to offer Creelman Bakeshop’s Apple Crisp for pre-order this year. Proceeds from sales will support the United Way.

Improving Life with United Way, because Better is Possible Come on out to enjoy toonie hot dogs, apple crisp, popcorn, music and more! 100% of food sales will go towards the U of G’s United Way campaign.  Your Contribution Matters  Better is Possible when we are all committed to showing up, to doing our small part every day and believing that it will all add up to better in the end. 

To show our appreciation for this year's U of G United Way Ambassadors, we are planning a special Campaign Kick-off, exclusively for YOU!  Join us at the University Club at 2:30pm for a time of sharing and caring while getting to hear from our 2025 Steering Committee, the United Way, and other long-time Ambassadors from across campus. You’ll also have the opportunity to build your own department’s United Way Campaign Kit, meet and mingle with fellow Ambassadors, as well as enjoy some tasty snacks and treats! We can’t wait to see you there!

Join us online at 12:00pm for an Ambassador exclusive training session! To help you prepare for your own department campaign activities and initiatives, we will be hosting this virtual training session. During this time, we'll share our 2025 campus-wide goals, review your toolkit, showcase how to access resources, show you how to use e-pledge, and answer questions. 

Join Athletics' at thier Home Opener Football Game & Community Day United Way Game! $1 per adult ticket sold, as well as the net proceeds of the 50/50 will go toward the U of G's United Way Campaign.

Join us in Brass Taps for a rockin' good time and in support of a rockin' good cause on Thursday December 5 Doors open at 7 pm Band starts at 8 pm *Ticket sales will go toward the United Way The Liverpool 4 are a Beatles tribute band through the eras, complete with costume changes!!

Join us in Celebration of our 2024 United Way Campaign! We will announce campaign department winners, review campaign successes, and appreciate YOU and your efforts as United Way Campaign Volunteers. Doors open and food will be served at 12:00pm.
