Join Athletics for a Pilates Reformer Class for United Way! The Pilates Reformer is a system of springs and pulleys that creates resistance. Users can perform a wide range of exercises by using their body weight and the springs for resistance through different types of motion and in all positions (supine, prone, side lying, seated and standing). Come and try a class for a special low price with all proceeds going to the United Way. Athletics offers classes each semester and you can find more information here: https://fitandrec.gryphons.ca/.

Every Wednesday from October 1st to December 3rd is Donation Day on campus! When you stop by any campus dining location, you can add a donation to your food purchase or round up your bill - right at checkout with the Hospitality Services Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

To show our appreciation for this year's U of G United Way Ambassadors, we are planning a special Campaign Kick-off, exclusively for YOU!  Join us at the University Club at 2:30pm for a time of sharing and caring while getting to hear from our 2025 Steering Committee, the United Way, and other long-time Ambassadors from across campus. You’ll also have the opportunity to build your own department’s United Way Campaign Kit, meet and mingle with fellow Ambassadors, as well as enjoy some tasty snacks and treats! We can’t wait to see you there!

Join us online at 12:00pm for an Ambassador exclusive training session! To help you prepare for your own department campaign activities and initiatives, we will be hosting this virtual training session. During this time, we'll share our 2025 campus-wide goals, review your toolkit, showcase how to access resources, show you how to use e-pledge, and answer questions.
