Fee Schedule - Daily Parent Fees
The University of Guelph Child Care and Learning Centre is enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) agreement. To meet these requirements, the following current fees have been updated to reflect the decrease.

| Toddler: Two Full Days per Week (Tuesday/Thursday) | $22.00 |
| Toddler: Three Full Days per Week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) | $22.00 |
| Preschool: Five Full Days per Week | $22.00 |
| Preschool: Two Full Days per Week (Tuesday/Thursday) | $22.00 |
| Preschool: Three Full Days per Week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) | $22.00 |
To calculate your monthly fee, multiply the daily rate by the number of days of care your child attends in the month (including statutory holidays and scheduled closures where applicable)**. For example, an average monthly full-time fee would be:
Current Fees:
All Programs: 22 days x $22.00 per day = $484.00
The Child Care and Learning Centre is closed on these days:
- Family Day
- Good Friday
- Victoria Day
- Staff PD Day - dates are communicated to families as early as possible)
- Canada Day
- Civic Holiday
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Day
- University of Guelph Winter Holiday Break - typically two weeks, as determined by the University of Guelph, UGDSB, and WCDSB calendars
Full payment is required regardless of days missed due to illness, vacation, all statutory holidays, University holidays, and CCLC PD days. This includes the University of Guelph Winter Holiday Break (typically two weeks, as determined by the University of Guelph, UGDSB, and WCDSB calendars) as well as other closures of the University (e.g., weather-related, campus -wide days), and one CCLC staff professional development day per year (dates are communicated to families as early as possible). This applies to all children whether attending full-time or part-time.
