3MT® is a university-wide competition for graduate students to present their research and its wider impact in 3 minutes or less to a panel of non-specialist judges. The challenge is to present complex research in an engaging, accessible and compelling way, using only one slide.
Each college holds a heat to decide which two finalists will advance to the University of Guelph 3MT® Final Competition on April 24th. The public will get to vote for their favourite presentation to win the Community Choice Award. The winner of the University of Guelph 3MT® competition will move on to the 2024 Provincial Finals on May 8th hosted by Lakehead University in Orillia.
CEPS graduate students interested in participating in the 2024 3MT competition should register by Friday March 22nd.
