Inclusive Community At the University of Guelph, all of us own responsibility fror creating and sustaining an inclusive place to live, to work, and to learn. We develop, manage and lend our support to campus-wide educational and outreach initiatives under the University's Inclusion Framework.

Human Rights We provide advice and manage the dispute resolution processes under the University’s Human Rights Policy and the formal complaint process under the University's Sexual Violence Policy and Procedures for Students.

Both Policies and Procedures are based on and subject to the requirements of the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan Act.

Accessibility We coordinate campus-wide initiatives and provide resources to systemically address barriers in order to achieve accessibility as stipulated by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

Employment Equity We coordinate campus-wide inititatives and overse to correct the conditions of disadvantage in employment for historically disadvantaged groups under the Employment Equity Act and the federal contractors program.
