U of G alumni are invited to the Flavours of Canada celebration at the iconic James Beard House on Wednesday, May 16th. Hosted by U of G’s Food Laureate, Anita Stewart, the Flavours of Canada Celebration honours the Good Food Innovation award-winning Canadian chefs, who have been selected by a national panel of Judges at Food Day Canada. On Wednesday, May 16th, 2018 (5-8pm), the University of Guelph will be host to a LAICOS Enterprise Hub event, which will celebrate the power of social enterprise within the food industry.

"A Feast On® event presented in partnership with Ocean Wise® and the University of Guelph School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management.  FISHSTOCK is a unique, one day workshop for members of the foodservice industry who want to learn how to successfully incorporate Ontario lake fish into their businesses. The event takes place on Monday, May 14th. The workshop is from 9:30am - 4:30pm, and includes hands-on workshop, sustainable seafood, lunch, panel discussions and tour of the ALMA Research Station.

This introductory course in beer education is designed for participants interested in furthering their knowledge and interest in beer.
