Beer Seminar: An intro to Sour, Tart and Funky Beer (deadline to register)

Why is my beer sour?  In this seminar, we discuss beer fermented and soured with wild yeast and bacteria.  Common strains of microbes used to produce these beers, as well as modern. Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 Award in Spirits (application deadline)

The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 Award in Spirits will introduce you to the basic principles of spirit production and the main types and styles of spirits available.   You will also learn how to serve spirits and understand the factors affecting the flavour of spirits. Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits (application deadline)

The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits will teach you about the key grape varieties grown around the world, tasting techniques, the different styles of wine produced and the production of spirits and liqueurs.
