This seminar will cover everything from the difference between ales and lagers, micro vs. macro, core and extra ingredients, the brewing process and its history, and how to snuff out a bad beer. We will cover the different beer styles, how and why they came about, and of course taste a couple examples. Everything you need to hold your own in a craft beer bar.
