Application deadline for WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits

The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 Award in Spirits certification will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. The application deadline is September 12. Research Event: Visiting Speaker Series ft. Tim Boonen, University of Amsterdam

The Visiting Speaker Series is an opportunity for invited researchers and professionals, external to the University of Guelph, to present their research topic(s) to faculty and students. On September 7, the Department of Economics and Finance will welcome Tim Boonen from the University of Amsterdam who will speak on the topic, "Equilibrium recoveries in insurance markets with limited liability."

This seminar brings together a diverse group of current and emerging leadership in the industry to collectively examine trends and issues in today’s global marketplace.
