HQP Scholar Hannah Woodhouse interviewed about path to dairy research and future plans in the industry after recent award

Woodhouse, who is a Highly Qualified Personnel (HQP) Scholar and PhD candidate being supervised by Dr. David Kelton in OVC's Department of Population Medicine, is studying free fatty acids and frothing in milk. Woodhouse was invited to the International Dairy Federation's World Dairy Summit in October and won an award for her poster. 

Of her schooling, she says, "When I’m done, I want to work in the dairy industry. It’s something I’m very passionate about, after growing up on a dairy farm."

"I would like to use my degree and make a difference on a broader scale for the dairy industry."
