A registration deposit of $500 is due by June 15, 2025, for all undergraduate and associate diploma students. Failure to pay the deposit will prevent course enrolment.
Course Selection for the Winter 2026 semester begins on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 8:00 AM according to the number of credits completed and in progress. Please be sure to register for your courses as soon as your course selection window opens. If you delay your course selection, this may result in you not being able to access your required/preferred course choices. Winter Course Selection continues until Friday, January 9, 2026..
Students will be unable to enroll in courses (or make changes) using WebAdvisor/Student Planning during the following time periods due to scheduled maintenance:
- WebAdvisor will be available for course selection on a daily basis, including weekends. Note that some interruptions in service will occur daily between 2 a.m. and 4:30 a.m.
- WebAdvisor will be closed to F25 and W26 adds/drops from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23.

- ATTENTION Studio Art Majors! There have been some changes that may impact your course planning. Please see here for all the important updates.
- Special Instructions for ensemble MUSIC COURSES. All ensemble courses will require an audition. If you are interested in auditioning for any ensemble course (MUSC 1710, MUSC 1720, MUSC 1810, MUSC 1910, MUSC 1920), you MUST register in the XX section of the course you would like to be auditioned for. Once audition results have been announced, you will then be moved to an appropriate section.
- PHIL 3040 is listed in the calendar as a Fall only course. This course WILL NOT be running in the Fall 2025 semester and instead will be offered in the Winter 2026 semester. If this course is required for your major, you should plan to register for it in the Winter semester.
- PSYC 1000 01 Restricted to BAG.PSYC, BAH. PSYC, BAH PSYC:C ONLY.
- PSYC 1000 DE - Restricted to 1st Yr BAG, BAH, BAS, BASC, BLA, BOH programs; PSYC specializations; BBRM.EQM, BCOM.MKMN, BSCH.NEUR majors; BCA, FCS, LING, MKTG, NANS minors.
