Pitch for Progress

Do you have a BIG IDEA that could change the world? The College of Business and Economics and the Centre for Business and Social Entrepreneurship (CBaSE) are proud to host Pitch for Progress. This event follows the 10th Annual Summit of Universities Fighting World Hunger hosted at the University of Guelph. Students will pitch their ideas to a panel of judges for the chance to win a prize and have their idea potentially leveraged with support from others.

2014 National Food Security Forum hosted by University of Guelph's Food Institute

Join us for the 2014 National Food Security Forum hosted by University of Guelph's Food Institute. This is the second of two consecutive forums designed to showcase Canada's expertise in global food security as well as to explore and address the physical, biological and socio-economic constraints that limit food production and the ability of people to access a healthy diet. The Guelph forum will explore food processing, retailing, distributing and consumer trends in the food industry and extend discussions of the food continuum.
