A groundbreaking study published in Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems highlights the opportunities and obstacles facing Ontario potato producers regarding the adoption of best management practices (BMPs).
Conducted by U of G researchers in U of G's School of Environmental Design and Rural Development and SunRISE Potato in Alliston, Ont., the study dives deep into what motivates and hinders the implementation of BMPs in potato cultivation across the region.
