The world is rapidly changing and so are career opportunities that will be available to you by the time you graduate. With any major you choose, the Bachelor of Arts @ Guelph will prepare you for life after graduation and provide you with skills that employers value.

Experience and Learn

  • Take a first-year seminar and learn about the impact of our faculty’s research  on culture, society, and the environment
  • Learn from some of our award-winning faculty
  • Study for a semester in Paris, London, Krakow, India, Latin America, or Shanghai or go on an exchange in one of 30 countries while earning credits at Guelph
  • Learn outside the classroom by participating in field trips or other experiential learning opportunities and see how what you learn in the classroom transfers to the real world
  • Participate in academic research through paid research assistantships

  • Qualify for in-program awards and scholarships
  • Take advantage of the Learning Commons in the library and learn valuable strategies for writing essays, managing your time, studying for exams, and so much more
