Lang mourns passing of Bill Braithwaite, a founding U of G business prof
It is with sympathy that the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics shares the passing of Bill Braithwaite on August 9, 2019.
Bill played an important role for business at the University of Guelph as one of the founding business professors. Teaching accounting for over 50 years at U of G, Bill was a favourite professor for many Bachelor of Commerce alumni.
Lang Business extends their deepest condolences to Bill’s family and friends.
The Braithwaite family extends an invitation to all of Bill’s friends, neighbours, colleagues, and former students to join a celebration of life at Cutten Fields on Sunday, September 15, 2019 from 2 to 4 pm.
