Volunteers from Lang’s Accounting Students’ Association will be hosting their annual U of G Tax Clinic virtually this year, offering free tax services for University of Guelph students.

The event is a registered clinic for the 2020 Tax Year through the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, a national program enabling volunteers at community organizations to provide free tax clinics and file tax returns for eligible people.

“The process will be done entirely online this year, but students can rest assured that the process is entirely safe and secure,” said Kaley Pilon, one of the Lang Tax Clinic managers. “Students will be submitting their tax documents to an encrypted email and all returns will be filled by the end of March.”

U of G students can still register for the Tax Clinic using the form linked below. The deadline to register is March 4th, 2021.
