April 18: Is there a Canadian cuisine brand? Food Laureate, Anita Stewart comments

The National Post reports about a taxpayer-funded food truck in Mexico to promote Canadian cuisine. The food truck is serving up Mexicanized poutine, beef tourtiere and Albacore tuna however, UofG's Food Laureate, Anita Stewart believes it may be impossible to sell an authentic Canadian cuisine because it doesn't exist.
