Aug. 8: Khalil Rohani becomes first PhD Candidate in Management to defend thesis

Congratulations to Khalil Rohani who successfully defended his PhD thesis in Management today. Rohani's thesis, "Fair, clear, good to redeem: The effect of consumer perception of fairness and transparency on coupon redemption" is the first to be defended in this program. Present at the defense were College of Business and Economics faculty members Sylvain Charlebois, Vinay Kanetkar, May Aung, Joe Barth and Lefa Teng, as well as external examiner, Mengze Shi, Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Toronto.
