After competing against eight teams at the Frankie Tomatto's Restaurant Innovation Competition semi-finals February 21, four business students presented their restaurant innovation concepts at the finals held at the Restaurants Canada Show in Toronto earlier this week.

Sunny Choi and Jenny Yong placed second with their idea for a networking system that will help increase food safety in the food industry, and Rebecca McIlroy and Chloe Blais placed third with their pitch to introduce a new restaurant based on various interpretations of the Swiss dish of Rosti.

Congratulations to Sunny, Jenny, Rebecca and Chloe on all of your hard work.
