HTM Co-op and mentorship partner Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants will be changing the face of retail and foodservice in Canada through an exciting new partnership with The Bay and Compass Group Canada.

The Bay will transform 24 of its restaurants across Canada into a fresh new destination for food-lovers, while offering quality and convenience to diners and shoppers.

Plans at The Bay’s flagship store at Queen Street in Toronto include: enhancing a dynamic downtown corner with the addition of a bustling vibrant market café; adding a lower level food hall; and creating a sought after private event venue in the city.
