May 21: SOBDR2014 Decision Research Conference a big success
The 2014 Southern Ontario Behavioral Decision Research (SOBDR) Conference, supported jointly by the Departments of Marketing and Consumer Studies, Economics an Finance, and the Center for Business and Social Entrepreneurship was a great success. More than 100 students and scholars from across southern Ontario came together for the 10th annual conference to hear from leading researchers in the areas of consumer behavior, economics, and psychology. The day-long event featured two keynotes- Dr. J. Keith Murnighan from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Dr. Yan Chen from the School of Information at the University of Michigan. The conference was hosted by Dr. Bram Cadsby from the Department of Economics and Finance and Dr. Theodore J. Noseworthy from the Department of Marketing and Consumer Studies. The event was a great opportunity to showcase the quality and rigor of research in Southern Ontario.
