Nov. 12: School of Hospitality and Tourism Management to Host Restaurant Innovation Competition

The inaugural Frankie Tomatto's Restaurant Innovation Competition will be hosted by our very own School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) on March 1, 2014. Participants will develop innovative ideas for the restaurant industry and compete for cash prizes.
