November 30: JDCC Sponsorship & Ticket Raffle
The JDC Central Guelph Team has been graciously donated two return flight vouchers from WestJet. As a result, the team is offering these tickets to the faculty and staff of CME in order to help recover some of the costs of attending the competition which is being held in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Jeux Du Commerce Central (JDCC) is a three day event that showcases the academic excellence, athletic ability, social characteristics and charitableness of students in Central and Eastern Canada. It brings together over 500 of the best and brightest students, from 13 universities from central and eastern Canada, to compete in various academic case analysis, parliamentary style debate, sport tournaments and social competitions that test school spirit, team work, determination and academic expertise. Now in its fourth year, JDC Central will be hosted at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia from January 18th-20th. Your financial support will help with the costs to train and transport the team of over 50 students to Halifax.
The voucher for the flights can be used for any destination served by WestJet, including most Canadian destinations, Florida, Las Vegas, Jamaica and many more!
We are offering a voucher for one return trip for two people to any scheduled WestJet destination. This voucher includes:
- All air travel fees, taxes and surcharges and is valid on WestJet flights only, not valid for flights on or continued on WestJet's code share partners.
- Flights must be round trip. Open jaw bookings are not permitted.
- Voucher is valid for travel until January 20th, 2014
The deadline to place a bid for these tickets is on Saturday, December 8th at 11:59pm. The winner of the auction will be notified by Monday, December 10th at 12:00pm.
