Oct. 7: UGSRP forum experts discuss effects of food waste
On October 3, CME welcomed experts to the UGSRP forum to discuss sustainability in Canadian foodservice. Author Jonathan Bloom, Professor Bruce McAdams and Robin Poirier from Ocean Wise spoke to about 100 people about the effects of wasting food and employing unsustainable practices.
