Feeling Better Now®

FeelingBetterNow® is a medically approved, anonymous online mental health care program designed to assist in the prevention, early diagnosis and on going management of common emotional and mental health issues.

Good2Talk

Good2Talk is Ontario's post-secondary student support network. It provides FREE, confidential mental well-being support 24/7 via phone, text and/or a Peer-to-Peer Community online.

Grove, The

The Grove (found online at https://www.thegrovehubs.ca/) is a safe space where youth are empowered to take the lead in their own mental health and wellness journey. It offers a wide range of diagnostic, rehabilitation and health promotion services. The campus located Hub is in the Former VMI Building at 50 College Ave West.

Health and Performance Centre

The Health and Performance Centre offers a wide range of diagnostic, rehabilitation and health promotion services.

Here 24/7

Here 24/7 is your front door to the addictions, mental health, and crisis services provided by 11 agencies across Waterloo Wellington. It is an initiative of the Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network that is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Multi-Faith Resource Team

The Multi-Faith Resource Team is a group of leaders or representatives from a number of different faiths, all working together to meet the religious and spiritual needs of the university community.

Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Support and Education (S&GBV)

Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Support and Education provides education and support that are trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, survivor-centric, and rooted in harm-reduction philosophies as well as on-campus preventative education and training. It also supports student survivors of sexual and gender-based violence.

Stress Management

The Stress Management and High Performance Clinic provides skills training for performance and health to university students in group and one on one programs. Topics include such things as Better Sleep, Managing Headaches, Relaxation and Stress Management Skills and STOP Worrying!

Student Accessibility Services (SAS)

Student Accessibility Services provides services and manages accommodations for students who register with the unit as the result of a permanent or temporary need. Their website is at https://wellness.uoguelph.ca/accessibility

Student Support Network (SSN)

Vaccarino Centre for Student Wellness

The Vaccarino Centre for Student Wellness is located in the J.T. Powell Building and includes a full-service health clinic as well as an education arm called The Wellness Education Centre (see below). Their website is at https://wellness.uoguelph.ca/. Wellness Education and Promotion Centre

The Wellness Education Centre is the educational arm of Student Wellness Services. It is a a student-driven safe space where students can seek information and support about health and well-being through resources, drop-in peer consultations and interactive programming.

Wellness Together Canada

Wellness Together Canada is a collaborative project, supported by a wide network of organizations and funded by the Government of Canada. Its mission is to provide on-demand high-quality resources to address mental health and substance use concerns. Ontario residents can access togetherall -- an on-line community where people support each other anonymously to improve mental health and well-being -- through Wellness Together Canada.
