Write Like Shakespeare

Professor Sky Gilbert, School of English and Theatre Studies, is a teacher, writer, director, filmmaker. His current work includes teaching a class of undergraduate students about the pleasures and benefits of learning to write like Shakespeare.

Megan Wilson & Mark Lipton

SSHRC Storytellers competition

On behalf of the School of English and Theatre Studies, congratulations to Megan Wilson who was among the top 25 in the SSHRC Storytellers competition.  This is a tremendous honour.  Megan, a research assistant on Mark Lipton's Privacy Stories, will enter the MA program in the Fall.

PHD STUDENT PROFILE

Kent Smith earned a BAH (2014) and MA (2015) in English Literature, and is currently in his first year of the PhD program at the University of Guelph.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The University of Guelph resides on the land of the Between the Lakes Treaty No. 3, the territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit.
