Krista Urchenko, MPH, BSc, MLT, currently sits as the Director, Ontario on the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Sciences (CSMLS) Board of Directors. After spending 7 years working as a medical laboratory technologist in public health microbiology and virology, she recently transitioned into regulatory affairs in the federal government.

CampusPress is an intuitive, modern, low-cost, cloud-based content management system (CMS) for building and delivering faculty, lab and research websites. This service is intended to be self-serve. It allows for the creation of a WordPress-based website using a University of Guelph-branded theme.

The 2021 International Symposium on Technology and Society (ISTAS21) is the flagship event of the IEEE Society on Social Implications of Technology.  This interdisciplinary conference brings together researchers, engineers, policymakers, industry experts, students, and members of the public to foster dialogue about the social implications of technology and importance of responsibility during this period of unprecedented technological advancement. The program will include paper presentations, panel discussions, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, and more.
