We will cover the different beer styles, how and why they came about, and of course taste a couple examples. Everything you need to hold your own in a craft beer bar. The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 in Wines is an entry level qualification providing a straightforward introduction to wine. It is ideal for boosting the confidence of new or inexperienced front line staff in the hospitality and retail sectors.  It is also a great course for those wanting to know the main grape varieties and food and wine matching. This offering of the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines will take place Sunday, November 5, 2017.
