July 7: Tipping research makes national headlines
According to this article from the Globe and Mail, getting rid of tipping may help improve restaurant culture. University of Guelph tipping experts, Mike von Massow and Bruce McAdams, talk about the results of their recent study that interviewed about 100 managers and servers on the topic.
