You are invited you to a public talk with Cecil Foster on Thursd ay, March 20, 2014 at McLaughlin Library, University of Guelph. The talkwill run from 7-9 pm. Cecil will discuss his latest books and their implic ations for improvisation studies.

University of Guelph's Rural History Roundtable Speakers' Series is proud to present another semester of original and engaging talks. All welcome! Thursday, 20 March, 2:30-4:30 pm: Dawn Dietrich: “MANaging Nature: A Feminist Environmental History of Eastern Ontario’s Forests, 1849-2013.” Dawn is a PhD candidate in the Department of Geography, University of Guelph. She investigates the impact of resource management shifts, the role of nature, and the importance of gender and nature constructions in human-environment relations.
