Dr. Stephanie Anzman-Frasca from the University of Buffalo will be presenting as part of the HHS Seminar Series on March 25th from 12 to 1 p.m.
More about Dr. Anzman-Frasca's work: Families may view dining out as a special occasion, but surveillance data suggest that many families with children consume restaurant foods frequently, and that children have poorer quality dietary intake when they do. In this talk, Dr. Anzman-Frasca will review potential approaches to promoting healthier dietary intake among children in restaurants, including targeting the foods offered to children and how these foods are positioned on children’s menus.
