CBS Graduate Student Symposium

The College of Biological Science Graduate Student Symposium (CBS GSS) is a college level student-run conference which provides a platform for graduate students to present their research through posters and presentations. This event also provides an opportunity for graduate students to familiarize themselves with the studies of their fellow researchers within the college and to forge meaningful connections to build their networks. This year’s event will take place on Tuesday, May 5th! This is our 21st GSS, so please join us to celebrate such an occasion! There will be prizes and a free lunch!

Schedule:

• 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM – Check in at the registration desk (in the Waasamowin Atrium) and collect your custom lanyard!
• 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Concurrent talk sessions throughout the SSC seminar rooms
• 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM – Poster session 1st half
• 12:15 PM – 1:00 PM – Poster session 2nd half
• 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM – Catered lunch in the Waasamowin Atrium
• 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM – The Departmental Brawl!
